Tips for getting started

Dear Parent,

 

We are so glad you found us and have chosen an alternative to buying toys. It is convenient, cost-effective, has a low environmental impact, and helps keep your home free from toy clutter buildup. 

 

Each toy has a short guide, safety, and age recommendations. This information is on your ‘My Toys’ page when you log in. Please click the ‘Return your toys’ button to view the return photo document and warning labels for each toy before use.  

 

Have a designated place for your child to put away the

Playpals toys - reinforcing this habit will make getting ready for an exchange much easier for parents in the future. You can also use the Playpals box to store the re(loved) toys.
 

Please do not dispose of the Playpals box, as you will use it to return the toys. Wooden toys can look enticing to furry family members. Please keep away from dogs :]

How to initiate a swap

  • Log in to your account on playpalstoys.com and select the My Toys Page.

  • Select Swap Toys, select your new toys, and press ‘Submit Cart’.

  • You can view your new selection under ‘Selected Toys’.

How to schedule a return

  • Log in and go to the My Toys Page.

  • Select Return Your Toys and rate the toys you are returning.

  • Select ‘Packing Guide for the Toy’ to use the photo guide when preparing your box.

  • Reseal your Playpals box securely and attach the pre-paid postage label.

  • Select Schedule a Pickup to schedule your home pickup within 5 days of receiving your new toys. 

  • Use the USPS scheduling link to enter your preferred date and time for a scheduled pickup.
